Returns and Guarantees

We guarantee our trees, shrubs, and evergreens for one year. To be reimbursed for a lost plant, you must have your guarantee slip and receipt. Perennials are guaranteed through the current growing season only. We do not warranty Tropicals, annuals or plants we transplant on landscaping jobs. We do not replace plants damaged by animals.

We offer a 14 day return policy for all items purchased from our gift shop as well as plants. Returns without a receipt will receive store credit only.
